Coaching Points

Keep your ankles and knees together when you jump, start off with little jumps before you do the big ones!

You will need: Large Foam Ball

Bronze Challenge

Jump 10 times without the ball falling out

Silver Challenge

Jump for 20 seconds with out the ball falling out

Gold Challenge

Jump 5 times your age without the ball falling out

Coaching Points

Keep your head still, focus your eyes on the line in front of you and put your arms out to the side to help you balance.

Bronze Challenge

Walk the height of your outstretched body along a line, measue the distance by lying down and placing a marker cone by your hands and feet.

Silver Challenge

Walk twice the height of your outstretched body along a line, ask a friend to help you to measure the distance with marker cones.

Gold Challenge

Walk three times the height of your outstretched body along a line, ask a friend to help you to measure the distance with marker cones.

Coaching Points

Put your arms out to the side to help you balance and look at a small, still point in the distance.

Bronze Challenge

Hold the balance for 3 seconds on the left and right leg

Silver Challenge

Hold the balance for 5 seconds on the left and right leg

Gold Challenge

Hold the balance for 8 seconds on the left and right leg
