Coaching Points
Pull the rope quickly, directly upwards to give your partner the best chance of catching the rope. To catch it; keep your eyes fixed on the end of the rope that you are going to catch and get your hands ready.
You will need:Bronze Challenge
Can you successfully catch the rope with both hands?
Silver Challenge
Can you do a streak of 3 successful catches with either hand? If you drop one, you must start again!
Gold Challenge
Can you do a streak of 5 successful catches with either hand? If you drop one, you must start again!
Coaching Points
Keep your eyes on the ball at all times, keep the cone level so that the ball does not fall out.

Aim to land each hop in between the cones. Before you take off again, check that you are balanced. Think about the position of your upper body and head when you are hopping, if you are leaning too far forward you will find it difficult to hop backwards, and vice versa. If you lose control, take your time and get set again before you continue. Practice with your left and right foot.
