Coaching Points
This activity is difficult as it requires you to break out of the learned rhythm of skipping. You may find it helpful to slow the movement down and let your body work out what it needs to perform and the timing of the movement. I like to begin by lifting only the toes off the floor so that the rope gets wedged between the heels and the ground.
You will need:Bronze Challenge
Trap the rope under both feet at least three times in 15 attempts.
Silver Challenge
Trap the rope under both feet at least three times in 10 attempts.
Gold Challenge
Trap the rope under both feet at least three times in 5 attempts.
