Coaching Points
Like most movements, starting slowly will help you to get into the rhythm. Once you feel confident, gradually increase the speed of the movement until you are jogging on the spot touching the heels of both feet with the opposite hands.
Bronze Challenge
Can you perform this movement with the left foot in front and the right foot behind?
Silver Challenge
Can you perform this movement with the right foot in front and left foot behind?
Gold Challenge
Can you perform this movement and switch the feet over from behind the body to in front of the body and in front of the body to behind the body in one smooth transition?
Coaching Points
Keep focused on the centre of both of the objects, you have to rely on your peripheral vision (wider awareness) instead of looking at one object or the other. To do this the throws need to be good and you must rely on your sense of feeling/touch when you feel the ring hit your hand. To begin practice with slower moving objects such as 2 dance scarves, then use 1 ring and 1 dance scarf before completing the full task.

Catch both rings successfully 3 times in a row
Gold Challenge
Catch both rings successfully 5 times in a row
Coaching Points
Kick the ball really softly. After each kick, move your body around the ball so that you are ready dribble again. The ball should follow a zigzag pathway on the floor; push it across and in front of the toes of your standing foot when you use the inside, and pushing it away to the side of the body when you use the outside of your foot.
