Coaching Points
Pull the rope quickly, directly upwards to give your partner the best chance of catching the rope. To catch it; keep your eyes fixed on the end of the rope that you are going to catch and get your hands ready.
You will need:Bronze Challenge
Can you successfully catch the rope with both hands?
Silver Challenge
Can you do a streak of 3 successful catches with either hand? If you drop one, you must start again!
Gold Challenge
Can you do a streak of 5 successful catches with either hand? If you drop one, you must start again!
Coaching Points
Try to make the centre player move by faking throws, once they are moving or jumping in the air, it is much harder for them to change direction, giving you an easier target to aim at. Follow through with the throwing arm to point at the target, this should give you more accuracy.
You will need:Bronze Challenge
Complete 10 successful hits on the centre player
Silver Challenge
Stay in the centre for 1 minute without being hit
Gold Challenge
Score 3 hits in a row or stay in the centre for 3 minutes without being hit
Coaching Points
Keep two hands on the ring when you are passing it to your partner. Before letting go, make sure your partner has a firm grip of the ring. Try to keep your balance when reaching under the legs, by moving slowly at first and then building the speed up.

Coaching Points
Roll the hoop with speed so that it travels straight to your partner. Begin by standing closer together to make it easier.
You will need:Bronze Challenge
Start facing your partner, 6 steps apart. Everytime you both successfully roll and catch the hoops to one another take a step backwards further apart. If the hoops fall before they get to your partner, take a step forwards closer together. Set yourself a challenge to get up to.
Silver Challenge
How many times can you roll the hoops to one another in 60 seconds?
Gold Challenge
Can you roll the hoops to one another balancing on only one leg?
