Coaching Points
Make sure that all of the players feet are touching and hands are joined together. When you are crawling under the other players legs, try to get your stomach and hips as low to the ground as possible and pull your body through.
Bronze Challenge
Play the game going under the other players legs head first with your stomach towards the floor.
Silver Challenge
Play the game going under the other players legs, feet first with your stomach towards the floor.
Gold Challenge
Play the game going under the other players legs, head first with your stomach towards the sky.

This activity is a true test of teamwork, move your arms to help get the hoop over the person next to you.

Can you get a large hoop from one side of the line to the other with at least 5 players in the chain?

Can you get a small hoop from one side of the line to the other with at least 5 players in the chain?
Gold Challenge
Race against another team and get the hoop from one side of the line to the other with at least 5 players in each chain?
Coaching Points
Aim to land each hop in between the cones. Before you take off again, check that you are balanced. Think about the position of your upper body and head when you are hopping, if you are leaning too far forward you will find it difficult to hop backwards, and vice versa. If you lose control, take your time and get set again before you continue. Practice with your left and right foot.
