To be able to perform this activity you will need to be able to hold a strong front support; ensure your shoulders are stacked over the wrists and you are in a straight line from the shoulders through the hips and knees down to the ankles. Move the legs slowly with control and keep the stomach muscles tucked in tightly.

Practice being the person inside the hoop.
Silver Challenge
Practice being the person moving the hoop for your friend.

Race against another pair, you can decide the start and finish point.
Coaching Points
After you release both of the rings, try and touch the other ring before it drops to the floor. Then try to catch just one ring and touch the other ring, before moving onto catching both rings.
