Coaching Points
Squeeze your muscles in your bottom, stomach and legs whilst you balance. Practice the balance holding onto a chair before letting go and putting your hands out to the side.
Bronze Challenge
Hold the balance for 3 seconds on the left and right leg
Silver Challenge
Hold the balance for 5 seconds on the left and right leg
Gold Challenge
Hold the balance for 8 seconds on the left and right leg

To begin do smaller jumps, build this up into larger jumps.

Practice jumping and landing with balance and control without the ring, then add the ring pausing between each jump, slowly building your speed up.

Pass the ring under the legs for 5 jumps

Pass the ring under the legs for 10 jumps
Gold Challenge
Pass the ring under the legs for 15 jumps
Coaching Points
Keep your eyes on the ring and flick it as high as you can over the shoulder to give you more time to turn around and catch it. As soon as you have flicked the ring up into the air, put your foot down as fast as possible to give you more time to lift the other leg up and adjust to catch the ring.
