Coaching Points

The strongest muscles in your body are your legs and bottom, so try to get these doing a lot of the work for you by planting your feet firmly on the ground, bending your knees and keeping your elbows close to your body. Push off the floor with your legs and pull with your arms. To be good at this game you need to have strength and endurance, that is being able to sustain your effort over a long period of time. Try to train your brain not to give up easily and give as much as you can for as long as you can.
